After expanding into new premises in 2007, Spectrum Brewery is now sited in an industrial unit amidst the scenic non-splendour of Tharston Industrial estate. Not exactly picturesque, but it does the job.

The good news is that it's the ONLY brewery in East Anglia that's totally organic (man). There are a few other organic breweries about Britain as well.

The even better news is that the brewhouse operation, being all electric & supplied by Good Energy Ltd, is completely CARBON NEUTRAL.
The beers are produced in both cask & bottle conditioned forms, with all bottled production being vegan, as are the cask versions of the dark beers.

Our beers are made from traditionally floor malted organic barley, other darker malts & carefully crafted blends of the finest organic hops, fused with the local water by the skill & art of the brewer to create distinctive, characterful, award winning &, above all, rather good tasty beers.
