Our beers are made from traditionally floor malted organic barley, other darker malts & carefully crafted blends of the finest organic hops, fused with the local water by the skill & art of the brewer to create distinctive, characterful, award winning &, above all, rather good tasty beers.

• Organic Beer:- All our production is certified organic by the Organic Food Federation (certification UK4).
• Vegan Beer:- All our bottled beers are vegan, as are the cask forms of Dark Fantastic, Black Buffle & Old Stoatwobbler.
